DVD problems

Any problems with disks video and/or sound - please let me know via our contact-us form. and I will replace them or I can check your DVD player with a test set of DVDs each of which has been made on a different writer to see which is best. Up until very recently I've been using the same make of disks with very few returns, they are no longer available so I have had to try some different, reputably good makes, that are similar in appearance.
Some DVD players, usually older ones and some Xboxes, can be a bit fussy when playing DVD-Rs as opposed to commercially produced disks - so if you have problems let me know and I can always replace the disk with one made on master grade disks - although they might not be printed.
Even commercial DVDs are not immune - I ordered Peep Show 3 for Phillip for Christmas and this had to be replaced twice before we got a playable disk.
